You need to have the book read by Tuesday, March 6th. Watch the book trailer for a preview. We will have pizza ($5) while we discuss the book in the atrium at 10:25 am. Complete the suggested activities on the back and be prepared to discuss the book.
In order to receive a copy of this book and participate in the book club you need to fill out the bottom portion and return it to me. Limited to the first 20!

**Parents: We are soliciting donations for the pizza and beverage that we have during our book discussion. The cost for the pizza and pop is about $80. The VVMS Site Council grant that we received for this program only covers the cost of the books. If you would like to sponsor this event or donate a portion, please contact

Think about the first book that you can remember reading. What was the title of the book? Who were you with during this experience? What emotions did you feel? Can you remember other favorite books when you were little? Share your answers with another book club member or friend.
After reading the book, do you have questions about the character(s), the content or ideas for this story? Contact the author of the book with your thoughts, questions, etc. Bring his response to our book club. He only has “snail” mail.
