Peter Pan

Valley View Middle School is pleased to present Peter Pan (School Version) on April 12, 13, & 14 at 7pm and a 1:00pm matinee on Sat., April 14 at the Edina Performing Arts Center, 6754 Valley View Road.

More than 110 Valley View Students are involved in the cast and crew of J.M. Barrie’s classic tale of a boy who never grows up. Join Peter as he takes Wendy, John, Michael, The Lost boys, and Tiger Lily on daring adventures through Neverland --and matches wits with the dastardly Captain Hook and Pirates! Tinkerbell will make you believe in fairies, and a boy who can fly.

Advisory Plans for February

As part of Advisory, each student will be preparing a "student led" conversation with parents/guardians. Each student will have formally prepared a reflection with their Advisor and will be able to speak to their progress in classes. All Valley View students are preparing and plan to "conduct" this conference conversation with their parents/guardians the week of March 5-8, 2012 with their parents/guardians at home.

9th Grade Parents

You are invited to Edina High School for a curriculum information session on:
Thursday, February 16th 6:30-8:30pm in EPAC

The purpose of this evening is to provide current parents of 9th grade students with an overview of Edina High School, graduation requirements, curriculum, and student opportunities.

You are invited to the Edina Education Fund Show & Tell Luncheon. The event is a time to enjoy a complimentary lunch and learn about some of the ways the Edina Education Fund is impacting our classrooms. This event is a great introduction for those who may not be familiar with the Ed Fund. Event date: Monday, February 6, 2012 at St. Pat’s Catholic Church.
